I think teaching the students is a great experience for me to gain new skills and to work as a team member. My goals are to become experienced enough to start my career as a computer networking administrator. Working with my students through the S.W.A.T team program. I hope to pass on my experience to my students in hopes that they can see a brighter future.
Tech Method Solutions works with our C.O.R.E partners to provide 18 to 30 year old adults with post-secondary enrollment and/or technical training; to enable them to receive job training, civic engagement and social entrepreneurship opportunities through technology.
Technology Engagement Civic (TEC) Team
TMS trains and deploys a diverse group of young leaders to serve full time to help create and make urban communities aware of technology. As participants take part in "TEC team", Tech Method Solutions ensures that the right participants get the right interventions at the right time, by engaging them in the following:

Personal - We Integrate the TMS Cuture into a participants training, so that they can learn about community development concepts to help sustain their career goals.

Professional - TMS helps participants explore ideas and options with their C.O.R.E Team members by consulting them to help define their mission, goals, team rules,and strategy.

Service - TMS Train participants to gather input from groups via community conversations using the method in which resources are provided to them to engage the community
Partnership
The TEC Team model allows for colleges and post-secondary programs to work together in creating a core-curriculum that helps 18-30 years old adults become focused on creating and mapping a career plan.
