Students With Advanced Technology (S.W.A.T.) Team is an in-school and after-school development program that helps youth between the ages of 14-18 build their community up through technology. This program is an initiative to meet the growing demand for full-time technology support.

The Intention of this  program is to work with our Community, Outreach, Response, and Engagement (C.O.R.E) partners in building young leaders through technology.

  • Training Session

Tech Method Solutions creates a mentorship between  TEC Team  and SWAT Team participants, which gives them the chance to help improve their performance by taking part in the curriculum provided from our C.O.R.E partners.

  • Service Hours

SWAT team participants work alongside a TEC (Technology Coordinator/mentor) team member, learning valuable professional and technical skills.

  • Exposure

Tech Method Solutions provides our participants opportunities form our C.O.R.E partners, such as visits to local colleges, offices and corporations.

The S.W.A.T. Team program sole purpose is to engage the improvement of post-secondary options for teens in grades 9th through 12th and help them maintain a technology infrastructure while encouraging them through servicing their local community.
